Hello everyone,

I have a simple life. I love cooking, traveling, learning about other cultures. Everything I do is about that,

About cooking: Well,
I know is sound similar but I started getting interested when I was young and home alone since my parents were always busy and my grandmother had (and still has) a lot of herbs from different countries, like saffron, and I was just looking for something new on my fried eggs....

I discovered many new ingredients all by myself, my interest drives me forward like gasoline to a car. One day I got a chance to learn to became a professional chef in a Japanese restaurant in England.

From that moment on, I started to learn about health and safety rules for food service, knife skills, creating original recipes, new techniques, kitchen management of hotel and restaurants etc... I gathered experience at many different kinds of restaurants during my traveling around the world, such as Latin American as global or individual, Italian,  Japanese (preparing sushi), Spanish, Panamanian, Central American, Peruvian, Mediterranean, Asian, Argentinian or as personal chef..

I was the managing chef of a high standard kitchen in Holistic rehab in Panama and I learned to prepare healthy food by using local organic fruit and other fresh products. I tried my own new recipes and also learned about local life. I also experimented some diets on myself to examine their effects, such as the 7-day juice fasts

I always love to try new things and I try to be very good chef without culinary school  -- I learning everywhere I can, and my Dream is to be a great Chef with deep knowledge from the best restaurant.

Thank you for visiting my Blog,
